Legate Lanius, Caesar's Ace (PIP-635 foil) is a legendary Human Soldier creature from the Fallout expansion. It has Decimate — when it enters, each opponent sacrifices one-tenth of their creatures rounded up, and it gains a +1/+1 counter whenever an opponent sacrifices a creature. As a 2/2 for {2}{B}{R} with scaling sacrifice pressure, it functions as a tempo and attrition piece that grows as opponents lose creatures.
