Keeper of the Accord (PIP-164 foil) is a white Creature — Human Soldier from the Fallout expansion. It has two triggered abilities that trigger at each opponent’s end step: one creates a 1/1 white Soldier token if that opponent controls more creatures than you, and the other lets you search for a basic Plains and put it onto the battlefield tapped if that opponent controls more lands than you. The card functions as a tempo and resource-equalizing tool, generating tokens or ramping mana to help catch up when opponents have board or land advantage.
