Harold and Bob, First Numens (PIP-926 foil) is a Legendary Creature — Treefolk Mutant from the Fallout expansion. It has vigilance and reach and a triggered death effect that returns it to the battlefield as an Aura enchanting a Forest you control which grants a mana ability and gives you rad counters while removing the creature's other abilities. The card interacts with the set’s rad-counter rules and can cause milling and life loss via the inherent rad-counter triggers, creating persistent player-based counter state separate from permanents.
