Harold and Bob, First Numens (PIP-78 foil) is a legendary Treefolk Mutant creature from the Fallout expansion. It has vigilance and reach and returns to the battlefield as an Aura enchanting a Forest you control when it dies, granting that Forest a tap ability that produces three mana of one color while giving you rad counters; the card loses its other abilities when it returns as an Aura. Its interaction with rad counters creates a recurring milling and life-loss risk tied to the shared, player-based rad-counter mechanic and can change the card’s functional type between creature and Aura.
