Harold and Bob, First Numens (PIP-78) is a legendary Treefolk Mutant creature from the Fallout expansion. It has vigilance and reach and a triggered ability that returns it to the battlefield as an Aura that enchants a Forest you control, granting that Forest a powerful mana ability while giving you rad counters. As an Aura on a Forest it replaces its other abilities, creating a persistent resource that also interacts with the set's rad counter milling mechanic.
