Harold and Bob, First Numens (PIP-398) is a Legendary Creature — Treefolk Mutant from the Fallout set. It has vigilance and reach, and when it dies as a creature it returns to the battlefield as an Aura that enchants a Forest you control, giving that Forest a tap-for-three-mana ability while granting you rad counters and removing Harold and Bob’s other abilities. The card supports defensive board presence and a recurring engine that converts the creature into a powerful land-boosting enchantment while interacting with the novel rad counter mechanic and associated milling triggers.
