Fraying Sanity (PIP-703 foil) is an uncommon-seeming mislead: a Rare blue Enchantment — Aura Curse from the Fallout set that enchants a player. Its triggered ability mills the enchanted player each end step for a number of cards equal to how many cards were put into that player’s graveyard that turn, making it scale with global graveyard activity. The card can enable combo or attrition strategies by amplifying mass-mill effects or repeatedly doubling milling when multiple copies are attached to the same player.
