Expert-Level Safe (PIP-661, Uncommon) is a 2-mana artifact from the Fallout expansion. When it enters the battlefield it exiles the top two cards of your library face down, and it has an activated ability where you and an opponent secretly choose numbers to potentially return the exiled cards to hands or force further exiles. The card acts as a slow-value engine that can eventually return multiple exiled cards if both players match choices, otherwise it steadily exiles additional cards from your library.
