Everflowing Chalice (PIP-758 foil) is an Artifact from the Fallout expansion. It has Multikicker {2}, enters with a charge counter for each time it was kicked, and can be tapped to add one colorless mana for each charge counter on it. As a zero mana artifact that scales with extra payments, it often serves as early ramp or a mana sink in decks that can pay its kicker repeatedly.
