Drowned Catacomb (PIP-494) is a Rare Land from the Fallout set that can produce either blue or black mana. It enters the battlefield tapped unless you already control an Island or a Swamp, allowing it to come in untapped in many two-color decks. Its enter-the-battlefield interaction checks for lands with those land types, not just basic lands, which affects deck sequencing and nonbasic land choices.
