Diamond City (PIP-675 foil) is a rare land from the Fallout expansion that enters the battlefield with a shield counter. It can tap for colorless mana and, if two or more creatures entered under your control this turn, tap to move its shield counter onto a creature to protect it. The shield counter functions as a damage- or destruction-preventing resource distinct from regeneration and interacts with state-based actions as described in the rulings.
