C.A.M.P. (PIP-129) is an uncommon Artifact — Fortification from the Fallout expansion. Whenever the fortified land is tapped for mana, it puts a +1/+1 counter on a target creature you control and, if that creature shares a color with the mana produced, creates a Junk token that can exile and let you play the top card of your library.
