Caesar, Legion's Emperor (PIP-867 foil) is a legendary Human Soldier creature from the Fallout expansion. Whenever you attack you may sacrifice another creature, and when you do a reflexive triggered ability lets you choose two of three modes to either create two tapped, attacking 1/1 red and white Soldier tokens with haste, draw a card and lose 1 life, or have Caesar deal damage equal to your creature token count to a target opponent. The card supports aggressive token strategies and provides card draw or removal-through-damage options to flexibly advance an attack plan.
