Break Down (PIP-74, Uncommon) is a green instant from the Fallout set that destroys a target artifact or enchantment. When it resolves you also create a Junk token, an artifact that can be tapped and sacrificed to exile the top card of your library and allow you to play that card that turn. The card provides both disruption and card‑advantage potential, fitting as removal that can generate later plays from the exiled cards.
