Bloatfly Swarm (PIP-570, Foil) is a black Creature — Insect Mutant from the Fallout expansion. It enters the battlefield with five +1/+1 counters and has flying; when damage would be dealt to it while it has +1/+1 counters, that damage is prevented, that many +1/+1 counters are removed, and each player receives that many rad counters. Because rad counters trigger a milling-and-life-loss effect at the beginning of a player's precombat main phase, the card acts as a damage sink that can accelerate rad-based mill and life-loss interactions for all players.
