Biomass Mutation (PIP-740 foil) is an Instant from the Fallout set that sets the base power and toughness of creatures you control to X/X until end of turn. It uses a variable X in its casting cost ({X}{G/U}{G/U}) so you choose the new base size when you cast it. The effect overwrites other effects that set power/toughness to specific values but still interacts with modifiers like counters and continuous buffs.
