Battle of Hoover Dam (PIP 892) is a white enchantment from the Fallout set that requires choosing either NCR or Legion as it enters. If NCR was chosen, it returns a small creature from your graveyard to the battlefield at end step with a finality counter that exiles it if it would later go to the graveyard; if Legion was chosen, dying creatures let you put two +1/+1 counters on a target creature. The card creates asymmetric build and play incentives depending on which side you pick, supporting either graveyard recursion with exile-on-finality or incremental +1/+1 counter growth on creature death.
