Arcade Gannon (PIP-935 foil) is a Legendary Human Doctor creature from the Fallout expansion that costs {2}{W}{U} and has power 2 and toughness 3. Tapping it draws then discards a card and adds a quest counter, and its For Auld Lang Syne ability lets you once per turn cast an artifact or Human spell from your graveyard with mana value up to the number of quest counters. In decks it can function as both card advantage via its tap ability and a graveyard-recursion engine for artifact- or Human-focused strategies.
