Acquired Mutation (PIP-581 foil) is an Enchantment — Aura from the Fallout set that enchants a creature. Enchanted creature gets +2/+2 and is goaded, forcing it to attack each combat if able and to attack a player other than the aura’s controller when possible. Whenever the enchanted creature attacks it gives the defending player two rad counters, which then trigger milling and life-loss effects tied to rad counters.
