Sand Silos (FEM 101) is a land from Fallen Empires that enters the battlefield tapped. It gains storage counters during your upkeep if it is tapped, and you can tap it and remove any number of those counters to add one blue mana per counter removed. The card supports tempo-shifting strategies by letting you accumulate mana over turns for a larger burst of blue mana when needed.
