Culling the Weak (EXO-55) is a Common Instant from the Exodus expansion that functions as black mana acceleration. Casting it requires sacrificing a creature as an additional cost and it adds four black mana when it resolves. Because of the creature requirement, it is most useful in token, sacrifice, or combo builds that can produce expendable bodies.
