Unnerving Assault (EVE 114, foil) is an uncommon Instant from the Eventide set. It gives opponent creatures -1/-0 if any blue mana was spent to cast it and gives your creatures +1/+0 if any red mana was spent, with both effects applying if both colors were used. The spell’s effects are determined at resolution based on what mana was spent and only affect creatures on the battlefield at that time.
