Scourge of the Nobilis (EVE-146) is an Enchantment — Aura from Eventide that enchants a creature. While the enchanted creature is red it gets +1/+1 and gains {R/W}: this creature gets +1/+0 until end of turn, and while it is white it gets +1/+1 and lifelink. If the creature is both colors it receives both bonuses, and the activated power boost resolves independently of the Aura so the creature keeps the boost for the turn even if the Aura stops enchanting it.
