Scourge of the Nobilis (EVE-146 foil) is an Enchantment — Aura from Eventide that enchants a creature. While the enchanted creature is red it gets +1/+1 and gains an activated {R/W}: give it +1/+0 until end of turn, and while it is white it gets +1/+1 and lifelink. If the creature is both colors it gains both bonuses, and the creature’s controller can activate the +1/+0 ability even if the aura leaves afterwards.
