Invert the Skies (EVE-155 foil) is an uncommon Instant from Eventide that has a hybrid green/blue mana component in its cost. When it resolves it checks what colors of mana were spent to cast it and grants your creatures flying if any blue was spent and removes flying from opponents' creatures if any green was spent. The spell's resolution snapshot is what matters, so changes of controller or creatures entering later in the turn are not affected.
