It has Emerge {5}{B}{B} and when you cast it you make an opponent reveal their hand and choose a nonland card with mana value 3 or less and a card with mana value 4 or greater for them to discard. Its large printed mana value and emerge option make it a late-game threat that can be cast cheaper by sacrificing creatures to accelerate its arrival and disruption.
