Tamiyo, Field Researcher (PEMN-190s foil) is a legendary planeswalker printed as a promo in the Eldritch Moon Promos set. Her +1 creates delayed triggers that draw you cards when chosen creatures deal combat damage and her −2 taps and keeps nonland permanents from untapping next turn, while her −7 draws three cards and grants an emblem that lets you cast spells from your hand without paying their mana costs.
