Obliterate (8ED 204 foil) is a rare red sorcery from Eighth Edition that costs eight mana. It can't be countered and destroys all artifacts, creatures, and lands, and those permanents can't be regenerated. As a board-reset finisher, it functions as a one-card answer to nearly every permanent type but requires a large mana investment and timing as a sorcery.
