Mind Bend (8ED-92 foil) is a rare one-mana blue instant from Eighth Edition that lets you change all instances of one color word or one basic land type to another on a target permanent. The effect replaces the chosen printed words in the card’s text box and type line permanently (subject to the rulings) and you choose the words on resolution. It is most often used to alter keyword protections or landwalk and can change a land’s basic type so it produces a different color of mana.
