Furnace of Rath (8ED 187, Foil) is a red enchantment from Eighth Edition that doubles damage dealt by sources. Its single continuous replacement effect modifies damage events so that any damage a source would deal to a player or permanent is dealt at twice the amount. It is commonly used to amplify burn spells and combat damage as a high-impact damage-doubling anthem for red decks.
