It enters the battlefield tapped and can tap for B, and it gains Station counters by tapping another creature for charges. Once it has 12 or more Station counters you can pay {1}{B}, tap it, pay 2 life and sacrifice a creature to draw cards equal to that creature’s power, with the Station ability usable only as a sorcery.
