Bonders' Enclave (EOS-4) is a Rare Land with a normal layout. It can tap for colorless mana or, for 3 and tapping, be used to draw a card, but that draw ability can only be activated if you control a creature with power 4 or greater. Official rulings state that declaring the draw activation locks out other actions until activation finishes and that the creature requirement is checked only at activation time.
