Experimental Augury (EOC 73, foil) is a blue instant from Edge of Eternities Commander. It lets you scry the top three cards by putting one into your hand and the rest on the bottom in any order, then instructs you to proliferate. The card is a low-cost draw/filter spell with a built-in proliferate effect that can increment counters on permanents or players.
