When it resolves, that creature deals damage equal to its power to each other creature and creates a delayed ability that exiles the top card of your library whenever a creature you control dies this turn; you may play those exiled cards until the end of your next turn. The spell uses the target creature as the damage source and follows normal timing and permission rules for playing exiled cards, including timing restrictions for lands.
