Unholy Annex grants a recurring end step draw and drains life if you control a Demon, but penalizes you if you do not, while Ritual Chamber’s unlock effect creates a 6/6 flying Demon token. The card’s Room rules mean only the chosen door’s characteristics apply when cast and doors can be unlocked later as a special action.
