Victor, Valgavoth's Seneschal (PDSK-238p prerelease stamp) is a legendary Human Warlock creature from the Duskmourn: House of Horror Promos set. It has an Eerie ability that tracks up to three resolutions per turn: the first grants surveil 2 when an enchantment enters or a Room is fully unlocked, the second forces each opponent to discard a card, and the third reanimates a creature card from a graveyard under your control. As a three-power, three-toughness creature with white and black in its cost, it supports graveyard and enchantment-focused synergies in midrange or control decks.
