Meathook Massacre II (PDSK-108p prerelease stamp) is a Legendary Enchantment from Duskmourn: House of Horror Promos. It forces each player to sacrifice X creatures when it enters and then offers recurring-return triggers that allow players to pay 3 life to return dying permanents under the controller's control with a finality counter. Finality counters cause permanents that would go to the graveyard from the battlefield to be exiled instead and apply to any permanent type, so it changes long-term zone outcomes for returned cards.
