It gives creatures you control lifelink and can pay {2}{B}{B} and tap to return a creature card from your graveyard to the battlefield with haste, exiling it at the next end step and replacing any later leaves with exile. The returned creature is subject to a replacement effect that exiles it instead of letting it go anywhere else and won’t trigger death triggers when exiled.
