When it enters the battlefield it manifests dread twice, putting one of the top two cards onto the battlefield face down as a 2/2 and milling the other, and it draws a card whenever a face-down creature you control enters. The card supports manifest-based strategies by producing multiple face-down creatures and providing card draw to refill your hand.
