Description

The Lord of Pain (DSC-3) is a legendary Creature — Human Assassin from Duskmourn: House of Horror Commander. It has menace, prevents opponents from gaining life, and triggers on each player's first spell each turn to deal damage equal to that spell's mana value to a different player. Those effects make it a disruptive political tool in multiplayer games by punishing opponents' development while denying life gain.
