Secret Arcade // Dusty Parlor is a dual-faced Room enchantment from Duskmourn: House of Horror Commander that can be cast as either the Secret Arcade half or the Dusty Parlor half. Secret Arcade makes your nonland permanents and permanent spells into enchantments in addition to their other types while Dusty Parlor puts +1/+1 counters on a creature whenever you cast an enchantment spell. The card interacts with the Room unlock rules: casting a door unlocks that door as it enters and other effects can unlock or lock doors, changing the card's on-battlefield characteristics.
