Rakdos, Lord of Riots (DSC-230) is a legendary Demon creature from the Duskmourn: House of Horror Commander set. It has flying and trample and can only be cast if an opponent has lost life that turn, and it reduces the cost of creature spells you cast by {1} for each life opponents have lost that turn. As a high-impact commander or deck threat, it enables aggressive plays by discounting creatures once it’s on the battlefield.
