Harrow (DSC-183) is an instant reprint in Duskmourn: House of Horror Commander that replaces itself by fetching lands. As an additional cost to cast it you sacrifice a land, then you may search your library for up to two basic lands and put them onto the battlefield, then shuffle. It functions as ramp and fixer by accelerating mana and replacing the sacrificed land without counting toward your one land drop for the turn.
