It has flying and an Eerie triggered ability that taps a creature and places a stun counter whenever it or another enchantment enters under your control or whenever you fully unlock a Room. It also prevents stun counters on opponents’ permanents from being removed and stops those permanents from untapping while you control this creature, creating persistent disruption against tapped or stun-locked threats.
