Fear of Sleep Paralysis (DSC-12) is a Rare Enchantment Creature — Nightmare from the Duskmourn: House of Horror Commander expansion. It has flying and an Eerie triggered ability that taps a target creature and places a stun counter whenever it or another enchantment enters under your control or when you fully unlock a Room. While it’s on the battlefield, stun counters on opponents’ permanents can’t be removed and those permanents won’t untap, which locks down opposing resources and affects costs that require untapping.
