Arvinox isn't a creature unless you control three or more permanents you don't own. At the beginning of your end step, exile the bottom card of each opponent's library face down. For as long as those cards remain exiled, you may look at them, you may cast permanent spells from among them, and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast those spells.

It becomes a creature only if you control three or more permanents you don't own, and it exiles the bottom card of each opponent’s library at your end step, letting you look at and cast permanent spells from among those exiled cards while using mana as any color. As a black mythic with a shared name identity ruling, it has high power/toughness and a potent late-game engine that can fuel casting permanents from opponents’ exiled cards.
