Eerie Interlude (DDQ-8) is a white Instant card. It temporarily exiles any number of creatures you control and returns them at the beginning of the next end step, allowing protection from mass removal and to reuse enter-the-battlefield effects. Exiled creature tokens cease to exist on return, so it is most often used in blink or protection strategies rather than to preserve token permanents.
