Harbinger of the Hunt (DTK-223) is a rare Dragon creature from the Dragons of Tarkir expansion. It has flying and two activated abilities that let it deal 1 damage to each creature without flying for {2}{R} or 1 damage to each other creature with flying for {2}{G}. A 2015 ruling notes that if it loses flying, the nonflying mode can cause it to deal damage to itself, creating a risk when interacting with effects that remove flying.
