Atarka's Command (DTK-213) is a rare two-mana red-green instant from Dragons of Tarkir that lets you choose two different modes when cast. Its modes include denying opponents life gain, dealing 3 damage to each opponent, putting a land from your hand onto the battlefield, or giving your creatures +1/+1 and reach until end of turn. The modal flexibility makes it useful as removal or reach, as a tempo land drop, or as a disruptive piece against lifegain strategies.
