Turn // Burn (DGM 134) is a split instant from Dragon's Maze with the Fuse mechanic that lets you cast one or both halves. The Turn half makes a target creature lose all abilities and become a red Weird with base power/toughness 0/1 until end of turn, and the Burn half deals 2 damage to any target. Casting both halves fused follows the left-then-right resolution order and can apply effects to the same or different targets for tempo or removal flexibility.
